Guidelines for Abstract Submission

For Post Graduates and Consultants

• Last date for abstract submission: 15 July 2025
• Acceptance will be informed by 31 July 2025 through Email

Paper Presentation Instructions

• Presentation Duration: 6 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion
• Single Paper Rule: Only one paper per individual
• Mandatory Registration: All presenters must register
• Originality: Only original, unpublished work is allowed
• Abstract Format: 250–300 words, structured as Introduction, Aim, Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion
• First Submission Only: Duplicate abstracts will be discarded
• Presentation Format: PowerPoint in 16:9 ratio, bring file on USB drive
• Judgement: Judges' decision is final; presenters must rehearse and stay within time
